Overall Satisfaction with Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics)
Tableau CRM has been really useful with so many data visualization requirements for the organization. Especially when there is a requirement from leadership,for example, to come up with Skills Matrics for team members and analyze monthly incident counts. When calculating complex MTTR/MTTD, and MTTA requirements this has come to play and it was really worth having such a tool.

- Data Analyzing and Visualization
- Various Dashboard implementations
- Complex calculations and graphs
Cons
- Would love to if there are more support when executing complex SQL type Queries
- Should enhance to handle very complex data integrations and Logical requests
- Really useful when Analyzing data from different Sources
- Meaningful and attractive Dashboards for Organization
- Cost for the license is not that much reliable
Tableau CRM is capable of providing powerful data visualization and analytical insights into your data set. Also, it produces a simple and understandable graphical representation of data. When compared to PowerBI, If you are an enterprise Microsoft user, there may be a clear benefit when comparing the cost as it comes with a bunch of solutions.
