Overall Satisfaction with Wolters Kluwer (CCH Tagetik)

We use CCH Tagetik for our internal processes of budgeting, planning, closing and managerial consolidation.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Flexibility in addressing different issues with a different approach
  • Tailored approach to the customer

Cons

  • it is very good with its standard functions but not so much when the standard function is not available
  • Menus and manuals are sometimes too technical
  • CCH Tagetik has improved and helped to better structure our internal processes
CCH Tagetik is very good to address any of our CPM processes including budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year plan. We recommend it.
