Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS

My company uses TalentLMS to create training courses and train our employees. We especially like the different automation and emails that you can set up based on the training that is assigned and/or completed. We also use TalentLMS to hold our training records for future audits. Adding multiple employees is much easier than our last system and you can also mass add to courses.

Pros

  • Mass Add Employees/New Hires
  • Automatic Emails for New Employees

Cons

  • Different ways to obtain uploaded documents (some type of mass zip file download)
  • The cost has been rising quite a lot in the last couple of years.
  • Positive - Trainings are now easier to create and release than with our previous software
  • Negative - TalentLMS is now significantly more expensive than our previous software.
I have reached out to support before, and the person who helped me was incredibly helpful. They were quick to figure out a solution and helped me to implement it.
I was the one who set up and implemented this new software. It was extremely easy. I did not need to contact the help desk as the process was simple.

Talent LMS is a good website if you need to create training courses, train employees, and keep track of the trainings that your employees have completed. If you just need a place to keep track of courses that your employees have completed outside of the system, TalentLMS would likely not be appropriate.
