Overall Satisfaction with TARGIT

It is being used across the entire organization as a Business Intelligence and reporting tool. It is the central tool for our fiscal decisions.

Pros

Cons

  • Inability to directly talk to the ERP system. The translation is often lost
  • Better reporting
  • Continued understanding of the business
It is used in the organization.
The main question that I would try to answer in selecting TARGIT as a tool is "what functions of or in TARGIT can eliminate the need to transfer the data pulled to Excel for analysis?" This would thus address the ease of calculations, the 'pivoting' of the data in TARGIT and then reporting on it.
