Overall Satisfaction with Textel
We needed a platform that allowed us to both text our client base one-on-one and in mass as a marketing tool.

- One-on-one texting with customers

- Phone list formats could be both csv and excel, making it more convenient
- The need to refresh while creating lists can be annoying.
- Client base reaction to our texting channel has been very positive
- Client engagement has been easy to manage internally
- Cost of platform was competitive to other platforms in the market
The only other texting platform we've used was Eltropy, and although Eltropy was very good as well, Textel provided more of the features we felt we needed to offer the best customer experience.
