Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes

We use all 3 agent types. End user, cloud and enterprise. The cloud agents focus on ‘outside in’ monitoring. Enterprise maps our estate across multiple platforms.
  • Simple and fast configuration of tests
  • Ease of identification of issues
  • Quickly rule in/rule out the network as the source of any fault.
  • Integrates with app D
  • Not being the direct user of the tool, this is hard to answer. I am seeing all of my requirements met as a senior manager of an IT Operations area.
  • Reduced TTR
  • Improved uptime
  • Better management of 3rd party integrations
We use NetBrain for change management on the network. ThousandEyes is a far more useful tool for troubleshooting and day to day operations.
