Overall Satisfaction with Trustmatic

We use Trustmatic for KYC. Once our users want to deposit money into our fintech platform and start trading, they need to go through our KYC process which is now supported by Trustmatic. Thankfully, it no longer takes minutes like it used to with a previous vendor. Now it takes on average 25-30 seconds and we also minimized the number of manual verifications.

In my experience, other software vendors are a bit pricey and the approach of their sales or support is not very pleasant. Trustmatic proved to be different in both areas.

We are very satisfied with Trustmatic. It provides multiple layers of fraud detection, which is crucial, especially in the crypto world. The integration was seamless and took about 1 month, including some minor personalization of the interface. Last, but not least, we are able to catch really suspicious-looking IDs or selfies and protect our reputation, which is very important to us.
