Overall Satisfaction with Uniconverter

I do not work anymore; I am enjoying pension. So, Uniconverter is for private usage. I needed to compress HD videos about 50 times to get it fit on a USB memory stick (with FAT format). First compression was done with Compress, and the remaining with Uniconverter. The quality of the resulting video remained excellent. No blocks, no blurring, and no shadows visible.
  • Problem handling; listening to client problem, solving it and giving feedback.
  • Compressing to very small size.
  • It took some time, maybe the feedback could indicate a probable duration needed to solve the problem.
  • Batch processing.
Problem solved, but it took some time and I did not know in between if there would be a solution.

Do you think Uniconverter delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Uniconverter's feature set?

Yes

Did Uniconverter live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Uniconverter go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Uniconverter again?

Yes

It converts video's very well. I would like to have a drop folder so if a video is dropped there it will start converting it with predefined settings (maybe it is there already, but I had no time to check it yet). Real time processing would be a great time saver (processing during recording).
