Vantage Circle is being used to reward employees for exceptional work as a token of appreciation.

Pros

  • Vantage Circle helps in online shopping by providing various offers
  • Vantage Circle helps in easily creating gift card which will help in bday gifts to colleagues
  • Vantage Circle provides cashback for the points redeemed

Cons

  • Vantage Circle should have more vendors so that we can redeem points for multiple use
  • If possible Vantage Circle should be available on other vendor wallet . eg paytm
  • Vantage Circle should promptly provide suggestion for offer redemption
  • Vantage Circle provide option to select the vantage points that can be gifted to employees.
  • Vantage Circle covers most of the vendors.
  • Vantage Circle is quick and easy to use.
  • Vantage Circle helps in saving the tax since its non taxable reward which we can offer to employees
  • Vantage Circle has positive return of investment
  • Vantage Circle provides option to select the redeemable points .
