Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

I use this app for purchasing online. It doesn't solve any business problems. The app itself has many problems like tracking and delay in response. Many orders were not tracked and customer service replies take minimum 1 hour. I use this to buy from Flipkart for vantage points. Many of my orders were not tracked. Customer service says lame answers

Yes

Well suited for giving a try. If you definitely need a cashback app then this is definitely not the one. There many apps in play store for cashback like cashkaro. This is recommended by Infosys so I tried this app but not satisfied with their order tracking capabilities and customer response ETA.
