We use Vantage Circle to appreciate colleagues. It is helpful to encourage people to do their job in best way. We are also providing vantage points to colleagues so they can buy gifts from their choice. In Vantage Circle we also awarded colleagues for their good work and team spirit.

Vantage Circle is an employee engagement software which is AI based which gives us more authentic and impactful recognition experience in our workforce. Its social feed engagement score and automated employee recognition is great. This makes Vantage Circle a great alternative to Kudos. This is also very user friendly which make a great user experience.
