Very Fond of Fond!
Fond is being used as an employee benefit and reward program. It is a great way to incentivize sales contests as well as perks for employees including discounts in hotels, products, etc. it’s a much easier way to track awards versus having employees expense or doing out of pocket. Also, a great benefit to creating a positive feeling toward the employer.

You'll be fond of Fond
Fond is being used throughout our whole company to provide feedback for a job well done and to provide gifts during holidays, birthdays, and work anniversaries. Each person is able to say thank you to anyone else within the company by providing points that can be redeemed for goods and services. Fond offers a lot of great products and exclusive deals.
- Shows appreciation
- Great deals on products
- Birthday and holiday surprise gifts
- Prices are higher than online for some items
- Not enough gift card options

Very fond of Fond!
Fond is being used by our entire organization and has made employees more engaged with all facets of the workplace. The Fond points system is regularly used to encourage involvement in office functions (such as raffles for United Way Fundraisers), motivates employees to manage and contribute through volunteer clubs (such as the ATC Green Team), and recognizes employees who excel in their job functions.
- Provides a long list of alternatives that make it easy to use your Fond points for the product/services you truly care about.
- Very easy to redeem; select what you want to receive, and click redeem with the points/dollars requested. Typically, gift cards are provided within seconds.
- Regularly rotate offerings so that you have many options throughout the year.
- The filtering capability on Fond can be improved.
- Discounts versus gift cards/vouchers are hard to delineate sometimes.
- There are a number of offers that remain that I'm not interested in. Hard to find the offers I want to use.

Check Out Fond!
While I was at Paylocity, they used it as a rewards system throughout the entire organization. You had opportunities to earn Fond money and exchange it for company merchandise, gift cards, and other goods on the Fond website. It provided a great online way to recognize others for their hard work and it could readily be exchanged as soon as the managers gave you your points.
- Fond had so many options to choose from when selecting what you wanted to receive, from gift cards to tech to even local getaways.
- The site itself was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I didn't have any trouble finding or selecting exactly what I wanted.
- From management's perspective, I heard that it was also very easy to award points to team members.
- When first trying to select a gift card, I'd get an occasional error message, but other than that, it was pretty easy to use.
- Getting more widespread with the types of awards that users can redeem is always a plus!
- This may have changed since I last used Fond, but last time I tried using the system, the total points you had were tucked away in a somewhat obscure location.
