Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

Vantage Circle is embedded with our internal recognition tool called Shabash where managers, team leads and associates can recognize team members and applaud their work. As a result with every recognition we are credited with some Vantage points which then can be used for shopping on various ecommerce platforms. Also we use Vantage Circle for crediting company celebration vouchers from time to time.
