Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
In my organization Vantage Circle is used for various reasons mainly being awards for events and compensation or awards to employees who have done well and so on. I love this concept and I usually use it for ordering food or buying clothes or gadgets online and it is a good platform as it has wide options to choose from.
Pros
- It has a lot of options in food category which is very helpful on days with cravings.
- It has good options for gifts which helps a lot when you don't know what to gift to a person.
- It has options to use in e-commerce which helps shopping a lot.
- The points don't have any kind of expiry date which helps me stack them.
- There is no cap limit to use the points which helps a lot.
Cons
- Sometimes it takes time for coupons to come to us users.
- Getting points as award
- points don't expire
- this counts as away to award employee
- it doesn't bear a cash gift kind of tax
- it keeps things interesting
