Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

As part of recognition, Vantage Circle points helps us or any employees in organization to choose between various ecommerce or other diversified choices for redemption. They are most supportive interms of issue resolution within 24 Hrs.

Pros

  • Choices for redemption
  • very prompt support in resolving issues
  • Friendly UI experience

Cons

  • It would be better if few more options to redeem are added
  • It would be better if dynamic option was provided to redeem like 1500 for instance
  • It would be great if a specific discount is provided for anyone uses the vantage points

Once I redeemed some portion of my vantage points and due to some technical issue I couldnt get my e-voucher. Then when I reached out to support team they resolved it within 24 hrs without asking any inputs like name, contact number, when was the transaction happened and it was really helpful.
