An Honest Look

The organization gives the employees Vantage Circle Points as rewards towards token of appreciation or to the winners of any contest or competition. The biggest problem that the product addresses is that it gives the tax saving advantage, since the points are directly credited to vantage circle, the same is not credited as a part of payroll and is not taxed. There is a wide range of options available where we can redeem the points and almost all the companies or brands which I generally use (Amazon, Myntra, etc) is available at Vantage and as such I really like this concept of vantage points and always look forward to earning more such rewards.
