Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
Vantage circle points have been beneficial in rewarding our employees (apart from regular internal R&R channels). The big advantage is the receiver doesn't have to bare the burden of taxes. The other value add is we can redeem points against vendors which we prefer (Amazon/Flipkart) and buy as per our choice.
