Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for AWS

Veeam Backup for AWS helped with the day-to-day backup operations of our virtual infrastructure once the processes and schedules were set up. It is a set and forget implementation for the reporting functions. It provided an up-to-date look at our backups and identified any issues.

The product's recovery process is fairly straightforward. However, we did have an instance that didn't recover correctly, but it was a small bug in the software that Veeam support addressed quickly. Other than that, no other issues have been seen.

Veeam Backup for AWS has been deployed in our AWS instances and has assisted in the recovery of some of our services that were caused due to a bad deployment of code. The recovery process was very streamlined, and we were back online in hours instead of days.
