Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We haven't had a good product beyond Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 that would cover our M365 needs with restores and backups. This covers that perfectly. Easy to implement and use for our engineers
- Exchange accounts backups
- Exchange/Outlook email restores
- OneDrive restores
- It is a little related but we have been approached by providers like Quest that provide some of the same tools, but with our Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 running already with Veeam we went with them.
- Maybe not the same wheelhouse but we did want to back up CAPs also, but the Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 solution could not do that.
- We have customer/user needs and this one accommodates those questions and needs. restores as they come down the pipe. being able to restore email or a file as quickly as we can w/ out landing zone it has been awesome.
Internal user needs and seeking a solution to this. What would you do if you had find a solution for backing up m365? We found it with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
I was personally involved with our engineer's work on retrieving a officer/vp level employee's email. It may not seem like a big deal in the scheme of events... but when a c-suite level wants it back you can make it happen with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
We have benefited from this product. We are on-premises and weekly leverage it in some capacity.
Email and online/cloud restores. Simple file restoration is awesome to me. I keep referencing the restores but it has saved us soo many times.
