Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
It is used for backing up virtual servers. It addresses our DR problem
- It is very reliable
- It is easy to set up a backup job
- It does a good job recovering entire vm's or individual files
- Application level recovery can be very slow.
- Automatic proxy detection sometimes picks the wrong proxy
- Cancelling a in progress job can lock the job up requiring manual interventon
- It has given us peace of mind that our servers are recoverable
Backup Exec is garbage and simply doesn't work
