Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
We are using Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition for backing up our small office infrastructure.
- Alerting & reports
- VM recovery
- User-friendly interface
- Would be nice to have it run in a Linux environment, or even better, on a Docker container
- Community Edition responds very well to a small company's needs and saves it from a big investment for a reliable backup solution.
We're currently using Veeam for 7 VMs and that's all we need. We don't want to expand our local infrastructure, and we use native solutions for the cloud assets.
We chose to keep the backups locally but might change that in the future.
We haven't exploited Veeam at this level yet.
We previously used Vembu, but we found that Veeam is more user-friendly and way more reliable and fast.
