Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform
We use Veeam Data Platform to back up our virtual and physical servers. The option of offsite backups, tape backups and immutable backups is important to us. Furthermore, we had to ensure the lowest possible RPO and RTO times.

We are currently backing up around 250 virtual and 35 physical servers with Veeam Data Platform. Some of our MS365 infrastructure is also backed up using Veeam Data Platform.This is exactly the figure we expected when we purchased Veeam Data Platform.

The massive switch from physical servers to virtual servers led to the need for a new backup solution. Irrespective of this, we were no longer satisfied with the previous solution and needed an alternative.

The Acronis solution was confusing and at times could not map what we needed. Furthermore, we received information from Acronis that subsequently turned out to be incorrect. When evaluating Veeam Data Platform, on the other hand, we were able to map what we needed directly.
