[I] have been using Vembu for the past 10 years and I find it pretty easy to use.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Vembu BDR Suite to backup our ESXi VM's for our entire organization.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Integration with ESXi & Hyper-V
Easy to understand and easy to use interface
Free Edition is good for small organizations

Cons

Office 365 backup needs a lot of improvement. Specially integration is a bit complex. Can be made simpler.
Office 365 restore doesn't work. I had used it as a trial, but it never worked.

We are going to release the stable version of Vembu Backup for Microsoft 365 with new features and enhancements in our next release Vembu BDR Suite v5.0, to provide the best user experience. About the Office365 restore - This feature is already supported in our current version. I recommend you contact our support through vembu-support@vembu.com to assist you in Office365 restore.
