Overall Satisfaction with Verint Automated Quality Management

In our organization, We use Verint Automated Quality Management to create forms with assisting with grading calls

  • Creating forms can be sometimes a lengthy process
  • Verint Automated Quality Management has been very positive on us before having Verint/Five 9 we had no call recording so overall having the program to review/grade calls after they are taken is great
I gave it an 8 due to the lengthy process of creating forms and trying to get accurate results
