Overall Satisfaction with Verint Automated Quality Management

To perform quality audits on 100% of all of our calls, to better understand areas of opportunity and trainable moments

Pros

  • The transcription when working properly does fairly well

Cons

  • The implementation has been a complete nightmare
  • cannot Search words without some additional bot
  • Misses some common words in the translation
  • We had another product that we decommissioned so we have been without AQM for 9 months now
  • Negative, Still not up and running as expected
User interface not exactly user friendly

We have been trying to get it live for 9 months now and still not functioning properly. Do not feel we had the proper Verint support getting this product live
