Overall Satisfaction with Verint Open CCaaS

My organisation uses Verint CX Automation for our two main contact centres. This tool has helped us directly address employee engagement related to flexibility, enabling employees to take ownership of their rosters without business processes acting as barriers. Additionally, it facilitates agile recruitment and allows us to manage absences and turnover that are connected to inflexible rostering outcomes.

I think outside of some super amazing BOTs that can be easily integrated into most business platforms. Where Verint CX Automation has an edge is in the design and delivery of project outcomes to ensure they align exactly to our business requirements. They are transparent and they build trust by having a truly dedicated team that are passionate about delivering your business ROI.
