Vertex is the top product for taxation software systems, I have worked with different clients, who are using Vertex, connected to SAP systems. Vertex company provides good support to Vertex clients, for system upgrades and other system supports, which was my experience. I recommend Vertex to Enterprise clients, it is a good choice.

Their production support team is responsive and normally knowledgeable. They provide good guide on Vertex upgrade information to help customers.
