With the proper configuration, the software works perfectly. In our company we work with JDE and SAP and with both ERP, Vertex works swiftly and without any problem at all.
In my case with Latinoamerican markets, we found out that doesn't work or doesn't give us the benefits that we receive in Canada. So, we can say that depends on the new markets, Vertex will help you or not.
In our case, for Canada, the tool almost do all the job and we only check for the integrity of the information.

For large companies is perfect, also for companies that manages indirect taxes in diferent continents. Works great with SAP and JDE.
