Overall Satisfaction with Vertex

We use Vertex both for Sales and purchase transactions for VAT and Sales listings (in EU) support.

Pros

  • Vertex supports real time tax calculation.
  • It provides up-to-date VAT rules and rates.
  • It helps in keeping deadlines.

Cons

  • I am fresh user of the tool, cannot advise improvements yet.
  • It definitely fastens our reportings and time of VAT preparation.
In terms of multinational companies the reporting is great. It contains all the necessary information we need and in one step. The VAT calculation works fine and accurately.
We use VERTEX for American, European, Asian entities of our company with success.
Vertex is a great engine for tax determination with up-to-date tax rates and scales.
