Vertex O Series - The Go-To Sales Tax Solution

Our scenarios are not complex per say, but cyclically (particularly at the beginning of income tax filing season), we have a need for a high volume which O Series can fully support. We will scale even more volume going into the end of the school year next year, and I have no concern about the ability to handle large quantities of transactions accurately.

We are adding a new business segment that sells outside of our traditional markets, specifically more B:C than B:B facing. We will have a need for non-traditional items such as specific item exemptions, sales tax holidays, and will need to make use of less-often utilized configuration options.

The user interface is above average but not perfect. I can easily get what I need done, on a routine repetitive basis, so I have no large concerns.

Vertex is well-connected with all of its marketplace partners. I've had specific experience getting issues resolved with resources from Microsoft, Grant Thornton, and Vertex all on the same call.
