Use Cases and Deployment Scope

VideoMost provides wide aspects of conducting and attending meetings in the organization. In our organization, we use VideoMost for video conferences. We have online meetings often because of the Covid-19, so we use the VideoMost conferencing system almost every day. During our meetings, we are able to use whiteboards, chat, and make polls.

As I know our company has chosen VideoMost because it has a good trial period. During this period our department manager was able to check whether or not it was an appropriate format for us. And it turned out to be a good quality product that we have been using almost for 2 years. My team likes the way it works.

It is convenient to chat during the video session, do screen sharing, and use other tools that are provided. Situations where VM is less suited: video conferencing when you're on your way because you need to have a stable internet connection.
