VideoMost provides wide aspects of conducting and attending meetings in the organization. In our organization, we use VideoMost for video conferences. We have online meetings often because of the Covid-19, so we use the VideoMost conferencing system almost every day. During our meetings, we are able to use whiteboards, chat, and make polls.

- All employees keep in touch easily.
- Zoom
As I know our company has chosen VideoMost because it has a good trial period. During this period our department manager was able to check whether or not it was an appropriate format for us. And it turned out to be a good quality product that we have been using almost for 2 years. My team likes the way it works.

We use VideoMost to communicate with other departments from other cities. Our chief told us that he had been looking for a system that can match all options that he needed. It was something about price and certain tools. Finally, he found this system of video conferencing.
- Wide range of tools
- Mid-tier price
- Good video quality
- Uploading files in a chat

- We use it for eternal communication
- Microsoft Teams and Skype
Skype is complicated to use for work. Microsoft Teams is more expensive and has a lot of tools that are not necessary for us.

Our company uses VM for everyday meetings. It is possible to use it on a laptop and on a phone too. It has a free trial period. Pros: 1. Stable connection 2. Easily use 3. Our meetings include from 6 to 17 people. As I know, it has a big limit of participants 4. All recordings of our meetings we store at cloud storage 5. Cheaper than analogs Cons: 1. Sometimes we had problems with chat during session 2. It is often updated

- We can communicate easily no matter in what region we are
- Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams
We had been selecting the best option for us using such characteristics as price, easy use, necessary tools (whiteboard, screen sharing and etc.) If I need to compare VideoMost with its rivals I can say 1. it is cheaper than Zoom 2. more easy and more convenient to use than Skype 3. not so difficult as Microsoft Teams
