Overall Satisfaction with Vultr
Vultr is used for our support lab setup. Vultr allows us to easily create VMs to test out our products. It gives direct access to a public IP which is a huge bonus when working with SIP. In addition to this Vultrs interface is one of the best I've seen. As I find AWS/Google cloud have a bigger learning curve. The same holds true for pricing, with Vultr I know exactly how much I am paying, but I can't say the same for other providers.

- More S3 storage options for longer term storage needs
- More advanced failover options. I should be able to configure a VM to reside within multiple data centers.
- Quicker snapshot restore time
- Quick to expand our lab during weeks when more systems are needed, in a very cost efficient way.
- Creates a separation from our corp network.
- Low cost $5 systems are still very fast and each has its own public IP.
It has helped since we just require VMs for the most part. You can get a great lab system for $5 and if you need something to run a production server this can easily be done for under $50 a month.
These are used for lab systems, so it doesn't directly impact our global customers. However the fact that we can spin up a system closer to a particular customer has helped as well.
