Overall Satisfaction with Vultr

We use multiple VMs to run the backend of a midsize company.

Our critera was previsibility of pricing and locations in Eastern Canada.

Pros

  • Managing backups
  • Warning us ahead of maintenance periods
  • Good and reactive support

Cons

  • More transparency and comparison between HIgh Frequency and High Performance tiers
  • New S3 pricing makes absolutely no sense
  • All our cloud infrastrcuture in one place (except S3)

Service has always been reliable. We also wanted ot avoid the major GAFAM cloud providers, while still having a solid and larg einfrastructure. Vultr was a good compromise on that.
