Overall Satisfaction with Wishpond

Over-promised and under-delivered. I spent over $8k and the team didn't produce one customer call, not one. We operate in a mature market and to say the team overpromised is an understatement. Run don't walk from this company.

We hired Wishpond to run a fully automated, done-for-you marketing campaign. The campaign produced zero results so we basically flushed $8k down the drain. Hard pill to swallow. I blame myself for not doing more research upfront.
