Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
Our organization is currently using Zix for our email encryption as sensitive information is many times included in our emails (social security numbers, account numbers, etc). Data needs to be protected and that is why we are using this encryption tool.
- Zix will pick out numbers that look sensitive and encrypt the email so the recipient will need to provide a login.
- Zix will pick out words that are not acceptable and trash the email.
- Zix allows you to set blocks on receiving certain emails sent by businesses, people, etc.
- Data breaches are out there and we need to know the information that flows through our system is safe. This is our main concern as it says it all.
We tested the product, it worked well with our systems and so we purchased. There was no need to try other products.
