Overall Satisfaction with Zix
Zix is being used across our entire organization to protect the sensitivity of the data that we regularly transmit to business partners and customers. Being in the insurance business we receive and send a great deal of personal information and Zix enables us to do so without worry of the data being compromised or insecure in any way.
- Zix can identify emails that contain sensitive data and ensure that the data is sent in a secure manner.
- Minimizes human error in the handling of sensitive data
- I think Zix may consider reaching out to customers on an annual basis to apprise of new developments, features, and other details.
- on occasion an unsophisticated customer or partner may express a challenge with accessing a communication from our company but this issue isn't even great enough to call a problem; very minor
- Overall Zix has been nothing but great for our company so far; no negatives
We have not used any other products from Zix besides email encryption however we would certainly be interested in having a consultation around our needs and Zix's products. Our company would be extremely inclined to do additional business with Zix based upon our overall very positive experienced thus far.
