Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Video Webinar
My company currently uses Zoom Video Webinar for client calls and webinars. Since we have clients all over the country, it's helpful to create meeting invites using Zoom and be able to see their faces as we discuss their business. Plus, the screen sharing feature is very useful when displaying websites and other visuals to the client.

- It's led to greater collaboration with clients and more specific feedback on our work.

I'm not familiar with any of Zoom's competitors, but this seems to be a popular program in the business world, and I haven't heard anyone have any serious problems with it. Overall, it's definitely helpful and worth the money.
