Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, We are using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to ensure all our applications are protected from both Inside and Outside. This Zscaler Internet Access product is amazing.

Pros

  • Internet Access
  • Policy Control
  • User Reporting
  • Traffic Visibility

Cons

  • Integration with ZPA into single console
  • Initial cost is high however over years its good
  • Price needs to be adjusted based on customer employee size
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because, in my experience, Zscaler Internet Access has an easy to use interface and reporting is nice
