Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

We use ZIA to protect our end-user traffic. ZIA helps ensure safe browsing while protecting the traffic.

Pros

  • Filtering
  • Data Inspection.
  • User controls.

Cons

  • Most of the issues we have are ones that can be resolved with future packages or AI.
  • No real complaints at all at this time.
  • During COVID it allowed us to confidently know our user web traffic was protected, and still does in this hybrid world we live in now.
As mentioned in earlier comments, it's just easy to use. Well-thought-out interfaces that require minimal training to get the hang of.
