Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, we have been Using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) for last 10 plus years. We had some issues with TAC and TAM service which were very well taken care of by the CSM and Account manager. 1) The Business problem is working with logs. The GUI is not easy to work with especially with navigation. 2) There is no convenient way to download the polices like Firewall NAT, etc. Overall we are really happy with the service and product.
