Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, We use Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) for more then 7k users in our company. Providing internet security and blocking malware web sites

Pros

  • Block access to Malware sites.
  • For IPSEC Tunnels.
  • Check firewall logs

Cons

  • Had the capability of rename SD-wan without braking it, we need to identify the location better. Probably add another field will be good.
  • SSL inspection.
  • BETTER LEVEL 1 SUPPORT.
  • Positive - Good Security.
  • Negative -SSL inspection
