Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, We utilize Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) to protect all of our remote workforce via the zero trust exchange and provide least privilege access from our server environment to the internet using an Allow list only approach

Pros

  • Centralized Management
  • Rapid deployment of updates
  • Consistent user experience

Cons

  • Performance could be better at times
  • Performance in China is sketchy
  • 10x ROI migrating from VDI to cloud browser
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because, in my experience, Zscaler Internet Access is Extremely usable, excellent errors and logging
Centralized rapid deployment on ZIA was key
