Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

We use Zscaler Internet Access to secure and monitor users internet access. It has help us to define business use for our browsing and secure our users as they access the internet. Implementation was easy and changing from a device central model to a user central model is easier to manage and highly suggested for other vendors moving forward.

Pros

Cons

  • Classification for unknown prompting IT to review.
  • Reduced the administrative headache of web filtering with roaming users.
  • User level Policy have given us a better understanding of what our users are accessing.
Easy to manage platform.
Cisco is clunky for deployment and does not give the visibility on the user that Zscaler does.
