Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, we use with Zscaler Internet Access for URL Filtering, Firewall, DNS, DLP, SSL Inspection. Adds DNS visibility for access control and adds SSL Inspection for DLP and URL Filtering. Applies to all users.

Pros

  • URL Filtering and Cloud App Control.
  • Centralized management.
  • SSL Inspection.

Cons

  • Need for an authentication policy.
  • Add hit counters to policy rules.
  • Some users report slowness with ZIA.
  • I don't know the ROI it has for the company.
Easy to manage policy in a centralized console - avoid inconsistencies when policies are managed across multiple appliances and platforms.
