Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

We have deployed ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Deception, and now the ITDR along w/ the UVM so we are all in! :-D

Pros

  • Centralized access management
  • Ease of use
  • User friendly

Cons

  • The menu items can sometimes be confusing as far as how to get to where I need.
  • There are so many consoles to learn about, it is sometimes difficult to keep up.
  • Even though there was some initial strife, our End Users are very happy w/ how we use the Zscaler products.
  • Initial configuration was difficult but, once we got through it, it was smooth sailing.
It is easy to navigate once you are familiar w/ all the locations.
Deploying Zscaler Internet Access allowed my company to snap back from a breach to a point where it was hardly noticed. Our Team is very happy w/ it!
