We use Zscaler Internet Access in our organization to defend against daily security threats

  • SSL inspection
  • Malware Detection
  • Firewall Control

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access because, in my experience, we Need to be able to export Firewall rules in such a way that they are editable for review as opposed to being in PDF format
  • The impact Zscaler Internet Access has on our overall business objectives is that Zscaler Internet Access has been a better product and admin experience than our previous gateway
