Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

All workstations in our organization currently are configured with Zscaler Internet Access. This allows us to manage internet access for our users and applications. One of the main issues we've faced was users being phished and clicking on malicious links. Zscaler Internet Access gives us Zscaler's intelligence as far as malicious sites being blocked or we can create different policies to restrict access to sites and/or geographic locations.

Pros

  • Allow internet access for authorized users only
  • Manage sites that users can access
  • Block malicious sites
  • Create policies to allow/block internet access for servers and applications

Cons

  • Ability to export policy configurations
  • Ability to add notes policies when an entry is added
  • Zscaler Internet Access has taken away the manual need to troubleshoot security issues saving many hours of troubleshooting
Zscaler Internet Access in our environment has been seamless compared to our previous product
Zscaler Internet Access ease of use is much simpler

Zscaler Internet Access is well suited for my environment as it provides our users with internet access. Once a user is terminated, their accounts is disabled/deleted so the terminated employee no longer has internet access. This helps address data loss.
