Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

I have been using Zscaler Internet Access for 9 years, great product over the years.

Pros

  • allows access to internet
  • blocks access to the internet
  • sometimes allows files
  • sometimes does not allow files

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access with a UI update
  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access because, in my opinion, the Zscaler Internet Access UI help button is in the way
  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access because, in my experience, Not all Features are linked properly in Zscaler Internet Access
