In our organization, We use Zscaler Internet Access for our proxied internet services.

Cons

  • cross platform login with other Zscaler products
  • it has been a positive impact to resolve our Internet Access needs for our customer/endpoints and protection for our systems and users
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because. in my opinion, Zscaler Internet Access has been a much more simplified process if compared to our previous solution
Zscaler Internet Access is much more user friendly to troubleshoot an issue or customer access.
